Whatever, learning whatever is never a habit, never like a hobby for approximate total of 95%. I guess
-The way to learn a language is not the way to learn any other subjects. Particularly, the ones in Vietnamese high school system. Thats strange compared to the others. Its not hard, but its strange.
-The way I like to learn whatever, not only language is a strange way, too. I dont understand it in the nature it is. Because Im not a psychologist. But I guess I know whatever I learned. Thats all, only that./.

Chinese is a language increasing all over the world. I think there is no need to learn what you dont like. But I also think sometime, maybe, you should learn or do some hard, some boring things. For what? for a new hobby, maybe, for new life...

Chinese is a language of many countries. China, of course, is a big cause to cause one learn it. Because its impact is spreading over time, over other countries, over cultures, including VN too.

Chinese is so hard to learn. Learners from Western side, usually rank it at the most difficult level to control from many languages of Earth. Vietnamese, for example, usually ranked at level 2 of difficulty. But as I have said, learning a hard thing sometime is a way to relax./.

Maybe you think Chinese is like shit! And VNese, too. And all others...:D But shit is not so bad! Some kind of trouble that I think that you, maybe, and I (surely!) faced in the way:
-Pronunciation
-Writing
-Typing!

Each of those has a type of tool to solve with.

-Pronounce as if you are learning English, surely, it's right for most syllables
-Writing with a brush!
-And typing? With your keyboard, certainly, but with some tools to measure typing speed like this. Maybe in the future there will be that for Chinese also!
Rongsay ĐÃ KÝ :D

How to draw chart online

Drawing charts is a way to express your idea visually. Many did, too. Not only I!(luckily for me?)
As time goes by, I gradually realize that habit is suck! But I dont have chances to change it! It seems too late...
Nowadays, when a long time passed to me, I suddenly realize that if I want to change that shit, I must try so hard. So importantly to remember that there are some ways left, not no chances at all... Im very happy about this

University is not a unique way to succeed. Many do and the others dont. I choose it for my future without any knowledge about, nothing at all. I choose it for my family.
Shit! My way is wrong. Recently, I realized that shit-reality. OMG, that sucks because i suck, too!
But my way is not wrong in the nature it is. It's wrong in the way it is. I dont have any choices to affirm my choice! I choose it because the others do it! I suck...

I dont have may friends in university. Only a few, because many in this place make me weary! No way to explain this feeling... simply because many of them, until now, dont realize the shit-reality that I've been! They so suck!
Dont attend forums even if following a IT-related courses, no knowledge or no needs or no wants, whatever, it sucks. Dont unite when having some problems against teachers, wrong marks or wrong lectures, whatever the first thing they think about is money! Money to solve all, it sucks again! It sucks because I clearly know that if they unite, they have the answer in other way more right (better!)
Until now, I've three ways to classify them:
1.They learn! I know they learnt because I can feel! The ways they speak about discussing subjects, the ways they do tests, exams...I strongly believe that they will, in near future, do what exactly they have learnt in uni, in other word, specialist!
2.They cope! They cheat in tests, they have "ruot bo, ruot meo, ruot ga" in exams. Everything except real knowledge about subjects. I dont believe they dont have any knowledge, I only mean about that of subjects they have learnt. Nothing for this kind if they want to do some concerning about major, but if they want they must learn from beginning another time.
3.They do nothing! THats a kind of shit! I believe that they dont know anything about whatever (shits) they have learnt! They will do nothing concerning subjects they have been taught! But unluckily, I didn’t have enough knowledge to show even if I want...Certainly, that doesn’t mean I will not show any about this. If so that sucks

I dont believe that when someone want to learn about this (=ecommerce, certainly!), they dont need any knowledge about:
1.Strategy
2.IT
3.English, Chinese... foreign languages commonly
because if so they suck!

If they want to have exactly what their company do in the future, they always need to focus about strategy. The first perspective many ones follow to understand and make the shit called ecommerce is strategies! Thats the ways many universities many colleges many ones have followed when planning subjects about this (=ecommerce again, if dont I suck!).

The second thing that I and maybe many ones living in this cyber era want to follow is that the IT perspective ecommerce should have. Its very wrong if you want to succeed in this (?) without any knowledge about IT. That suck... even if you only want to become a manager in this field, without any action concerning coding designing or seo-ing. why? because thats exactly the way I call him a stupid guy enjoying labor of the others OR thats maybe the way a stupid manager lose all his job because of lack of knowledge and then entrusting someone with parts of job (this someone sucks so he sucks too...)

Final thing about languages. Thats about the ways you understand demand and satisfy it. Simply, you capture nothing until you can understand exactly what your partners said. It not your receptionist department or your secretary... Its you, only you want to understand, while others simply want to earn money from you until he/she is in your own place!

Rongsay ĐÃ KÝ :D

The trends of shopping online

So what the hell is shopping online?
One simplest way to express my point of view about this damn subject is telling you a story of my experience in a military vacation. I remembered my teacher, not young not too old, had spoken to us that: Ecommerce is the buying and the selling of electronic goods! OMG, that sucks

Untill recent days shopping is still processed by people. Both customers and sellers meet in the market. Then they discuss about product prices, some details and warranty policies...but perhaps in a bad day, everything gone badly and there is absolutely not any contracts signed. The cancellation of the work, the loss of time and the cost they have paid ..could stress themselves@

So what if we want to reduce the loss to minimum. The answer is going shopping online. Certainly, every country have its own conditions to reach their targets. It is believed that ecommerce and shopping online is not new, even in the least developed countries. The invention of computers, the Intenet and the WWW have already happened three or four decades ago. So the development of ecommerce will depend on what strategies they design and do for their country other than the luck or the help from foreign ones.

For example, let's look at USA, maybe the country received most from things having told. The Department of Commerce announced that in 2006 the sales of retail ecommerce is about 107 $billions, up from 87$billions in 2005. Also, this took about 3 % of total sales. From big to big, this success also happens in Japan, Europe and almost G20

But the same thing doesn't come with the other parts of the world. That may be the Asia, South America and especially the Africa. The same thing can't come because the law, the knowledge, the infrastructure...The goverment can't control the net, the technology knowlegde is below average ... couldn't help them. The ecommerce in Africa is worth about 31$million in which 95% is coming from South Africa

So the picture is not in the same colour for every country.

Marilyn vos Savant much beyond IQ 130

Since the publication of the WAIS, almost all intelligence scales have adopted the normal distribution method of scoring. The use of the normal distribution scoring method makes the term "intelligence quotient" an inaccurate description of the intelligence measurement, but I.Q. still enjoys colloquial usage, and is used to describe all of the intelligence scales currently in use.

Rongsay ĐÃ KÝ :D

64 interviewer's questions

64 interviewer's questions
Q1.Tell me about yourself.

TRAPS: Beware, about 80% of all interviews begin with this “innocent” question. Many candidates, unprepared for the question, skewer themselves by rambling, recapping their life story, delving into ancient work history or personal matters.

BEST ANSWER: Start with the present and tell why you are well qualified for the position. Remember that the key to all-successful interviewing is to match your qualifications to what the interviewer is looking for. In other words you must sell what the buyer is buying. This is the single most important strategy in job hunting.

So, before you answer this or any question it's imperative that you try to uncover your interviewer's greatest need, want, problem or goal.
To do so, make you take these two steps:

1. Do all the homework you can before the interview to uncover this person's wants and needs (not the generalized needs of the industry or company)

2. As early as you can in the interview, ask for a more complete description of what the position entails. You might say: “I have a number of accomplishments I'd like to tell you about, but I want to make the best use of our time together and talk directly to your needs. To help me do, that, could you tell me more about the most important priorities of this position? All I know is what I (heard from the recruiter, read in the classified ad, etc.)”

Then, ALWAYS follow-up with a second and possibly, third question, to draw out his needs even more. Surprisingly, it's usually this second or third question that unearths what the interviewer is most looking for.
You might ask simply, "And in addition to that?..." or, "Is there anything else you see as essential to success in this position?:
This process will not feel easy or natural at first, because it is easier simply to answer questions, but only if you uncover the employer's wants and needs will your answers make the most sense. Practice asking these key questions before giving your answers, the process will feel more natural and you will be light years ahead of the other job candidates you're competing with.
After uncovering what the employer is looking for, describe why the needs of this job bear striking parallels to tasks you've succeeded at before. Be sure to illustrate with specific examples of your responsibilities and especially your achievements, all of which are geared to present yourself as a perfect match for the needs he has just described.

Q2. What are your greatest strengths?

TRAPS: This question seems like a softball lob, but be prepared. You don't want to come across as egotistical or arrogant. Neither is this a time to be humble.

BEST ANSWER:

You know that your key strategy is to first uncover your interviewer's greatest wants and needs before you answer questions. And from Question 1, you know how to do this.

Prior to any interview, you should have a list mentally prepared of your greatest strengths. You should also have, a specific example or two, which illustrates each strength, an example chosen from your most recent and most impressive achievements.

You should, have this list of your greatest strengths and corresponding examples from your achievements so well committed to memory that you can recite them cold after being shaken awake at 2:30AM.

Then, once you uncover your interviewer's greatest wants and needs, you can choose those achievements from your list that best match up.

As a general guideline, the 10 most desirable traits that all employers love to see in their employees are:

1. A proven track record as an achiever...especially if your achievements match up with the employer's greatest wants and needs.

2. What are your greatest weaknesses?

TRAPS: Beware - this is an eliminator question, designed to shorten the candidate list. Any admission of a weakness or fault will earn you an “A” for honesty, but an “F” for the interview.

PASSABLE ANSWER: Disguise a strength as a weakness.

Example: “I sometimes push my people too hard. I like to work with a sense of urgency and everyone is not always on the same wavelength.”

Drawback: This strategy is better than admitting a flaw, but it's so widely used, it is transparent to any experienced interviewer.

BEST ANSWER: (and another reason it's so important to get a thorough description of your interviewer's needs before you answer questions): Assure the interviewer that you can think of nothing that would stand in the way of your performing in this position with excellence. Then, quickly review you strongest qualifications.

Example: “Nobody's perfect, but based on what you've told me about this position, I believe I' d make an outstanding match. I know that when I hire people, I look for two things most of all. Do they have the qualifications to do the job well, and the motivation to do it well? Everything in my background shows I have both the qualifications and a strong desire to achieve excellence in whatever I take on. So I can say in all honesty that I see nothing that would cause you even a small concern about my ability or my strong desire to perform this job with excellence.”

Alternate strategy (if you don't yet know enough about the position to talk about such a perfect fit):

Instead of confessing a weakness, describe what you like most and like least, making sure that what you like most matches up with the most important qualification for success in the position, and what you like least is not essential.
Example: Let's say you're applying for a teaching position. “If given a choice, I like to spend as much time as possible in front of my prospects selling, as opposed to shuffling paperwork back at the office. Of course, I long ago learned the importance of filing paperwork properly, and I do it conscientiously. But what I really love to do is sell (if your interviewer were a sales manager, this should be music to his ears.)
Rongsay ĐÃ KÝ :D
